Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order, but if by any chance you're not 100% happy, we accept returns/exchanges as long as the request is made within 7 working days of receiving your item (item, not entire order).

- Please note! Unless we can offer free returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges except when we made the mistake (an item is damaged when it reaches you or you were sent an incorrect item)
- Your refund or exchange item will be issued on receipt of the returned item.
- In the rare event that your item does arrive damaged, please take photographs of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- If your item is lost in the post, which can often happen with international orders, do not worry, we will do our best to find out what happened and either issue you with a replacement or a refund upon your request, so do get in touch if you think your order has gone missing.
Please note: We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings or underwear for hygiene reasons.
