Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges for fitting problems, so please make sure to choose the correct sizes on the product listings. We have individual size charts on each product page, please do not choose your regular size without checking this first. If a size chart is missing or you are unsure, you are always welcome to email us at with your query.  


Damaged items

  • In the rare event that your item does arrive damaged or not as described, please take photographs of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will issue you with a full refund or a replacement for the damaged item.


Incorrect item received

  • If you have accidentally been sent a different item or size to the one you purchased, please email us photographs of the item and the original packaging with the tracking number visible. We will send you a replacement or refund you the amount once your request has been approved. We will not ask you to return the item you received. 


Missing items

  • If your item is lost in the post, which can often happen with international orders, do not worry, we will do our best to find out what happened and either issue you with a replacement or a refund upon your request, so do get in touch if you think your order has gone missing.


What if I move address or entered my address incorrectly?

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. We can try to amend your address if you contact us as soon as possible. Rags n Rituals will not take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect/ previous addresses (Unless - The shipping company has returned the product to us and we receive it safely). 


My order says delivered, but I have not received it

Rags n Rituals cannot be responsible for packages where the shipping company confirm delivery to your address. Please check with a neighbor or other members of your household for the package.
